Eagle

Standing upon the rock cliffs, 

Stands an eagle gazing around,

He sings a deep melodic riff

To attract his friends with the sound.

Soaring across the skies like a mighty dragon,

Spreading its angel-like wings.

Finding a new prey to jab with its talon,

Dissatisfaction leads to a fling

Eagle eyes, chasing its prey

Determination in its heart,

Prey runs timidly away and afraid

Until his doom comes in dark

Swift movements as it flies 

No escape once in sight

As the prey thinks it will die

A new eagle joins the fight
